Corporate entrepreneurship in a broad sense

More broadly, corporate entrepreneurship involves developing an entrepreneurial spirit, to motivate employees to develop their creativity and introduce innovations that can lead to improved enterprise competitiveness and better performance. Corporate entrepreneurship is being used by businesses as they see it as part of a strategy to ensure competitive advantage. From the perspective of resource-based theory, corporate entrepreneurship is the only way to develop, combine and utilize resources to suppress competition. New combinations of resources or innovation can increase a company's competitive position and thus have a positive impact on its growth and performance.
